The MT-8000T manhole intelligent water sampler is purpose-built for the cramped, harsh environments where conventional samplers cannot be installed. Its distinctive compact square-column body is designed for manholes, sewers, river channels, ditches, discharge outlets and deep wells.
Powered by a DC 16.8 V lithium battery, the unit achieves up to 60 days of pure standby, and the 4G DTU wakes on demand and sleeps when offline to extend endurance. Sampling is performed by a high-precision peristaltic pump with small volume error, and the sampler complies with environmental wastewater sampling specifications.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why a square-column design?
Manholes, sewers and deep wells are narrow and difficult to access. The compact square-column body lets the sampler be lowered and fixed in these confined spaces where a conventional cabinet sampler will not fit.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 60 days in pure standby with the standard 4 Ah battery. The 4G DTU wakes only when needed and sleeps when offline, and battery capacity can be increased for longer deployments.
What happens if power is lost mid-task?
The sampler automatically caches the sampling task and water sample information. When power returns, it resumes sampling automatically.
Do operators need to enter the manhole?
