Description

Product Overview

The MT-IWS-G integrated micro water quality monitoring station packs a complete automatic monitoring system into a single compact cabinet. It combines the power supply unit, water sampling unit, analysis unit, cleaning unit and auxiliary unit into one enclosure, removing the need for a dedicated station building while keeping the full analytical capability of a conventional water quality station.

Designed for rivers, reservoirs, source water protection zones and aquaculture areas, the MT-IWS-G performs fully automatic measurement and auto-cleaning on a user-defined cycle. No manual triggering is required. Measurement modules are centrally controlled with local data display, so maintenance staff can check readings on site at any time.

Key Features

  • Small footprint, easy relocation: Moderate height and compact floor area allow the cabinet to be placed directly inside a station room. The whole station can be moved by disconnecting the sampling pipeline, making it simple to change monitoring locations.
  • Fully automatic operation: Intelligent automatic measurement and auto-cleaning run on a scheduled cycle with no manual intervention.
  • Industry-leading reagent consumption: Supports up to 360 samples per month with a minimum measurement interval of 2 hours. Reagents only need replacing once a month.
  • Centralised module control: Measurement modules and data display are centrally managed, simplifying daily operation and maintenance.
  • Clog-resistant flow path: The specially designed fluid circuit resists blocking and is easy to service.
  • Modular parameter configuration: Monitoring parameters can be tailored to project requirements.
  • Lightning protection: Imported lightning protection modules and reliable grounding keep the station running around the clock.
  • Dedicated communication system: Measurement data and video are uploaded to a remote monitoring centre via optical fibre or wireless GPRS.
  • Compliance-ready: Meets national station requirements with five-parameter measurement, spike recovery, zero-point check and standard-sample verification.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often does the MT-IWS-G need reagent replacement?

Reagent consumption is among the lowest in the industry. With a minimum measurement interval of 2 hours and support for 360 samples per month, reagents only need to be replaced once a month under normal operation.

Can the monitoring parameters be customised?

Yes. The station uses a modular design, so parameter modules can be selected and combined according to project requirements. Additional parameters can also be added later.

Does the station support unattended remote operation?

Yes. All measurement, cleaning and data upload cycles run automatically. Data and optional video are transmitted to a remote monitoring centre via fibre or GPRS, and the system supports remote supervision.

How portable is the station?

The cabinet has a small footprint and moderate height. To relocate, simply disconnect the sampling pipeline and move the unit — no need to rebuild a station house.

What verification functions are supported?

The station meets national water quality monitoring capability requirements, including five-parameter unit measurement, spike recovery measurement, zero-point verification and standard-sample verification.
